Stirling Engine Concept to Power a Hot Dog Roller

Stirling engines are amazing. Check out the video above if you are not familiar with the engine. In short, it takes heat or cold and powers a piston. In our case we plan on using heat.

Hot dog rollers are way too big for the home and most commercial kitchens. However, if we take the roller concept, put it onto a sled for 4-6 dogs and use the heat to power the Stirling engine, but instead of the wheel, we spin the rollers.

No electricity. No Batteries. No bulky machinery. Simply place on the fry pay, directly on stove, indoor/outdoor/commercial grill and you can cook the best dogs without having to manually turn them. When you are done toss it in the dishwasher then hang it anywhere.

Have a size for hot dogs and brats.
